Holding a PhD in English, complemented by dual Master’s degrees in the same discipline and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), Dr. Hamza serves as an inspiring beacon for all who pursue academic excellence.
His rich academic credentials are further elevated by a Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and specialized certification in preparing students for IELTS, PTE, and advanced Business Communication. In today’s digital era, where education transcends physical boundaries, Dr. Hamza has embraced modern teaching innovations to deliver outstanding learning experiences across the globe.
Inspiration and Humble Beginnings
Dr. Tahseen Hamza’s journey is deeply rooted in the cherished influence of his mother, who would often share stories of his late father—a distinguished PhD scholar of English, whose burning passion for teaching left an unforgettable mark. These stories ignited a lifelong dedication to education within Dr. Hamza, motivating him to begin his career humbly as a home tutor.
Within just a year, his exceptional teaching made him immensely popular among students, prompting him to rent a modest 70-square-foot room to start his first coaching center. The center became an overnight success, quickly expanding into the celebrated institution “ITES.”
Rise to Prominence
With tireless effort, Dr. Hamza secured official affiliation and minority status for his school from the West Bengal government, elevating ITES’s reputation further. What began as a few hours of home tuition for a handful of students transformed into a thriving center with over 700 students, 17 faculty members, and 5 non-teaching staff.
Even when circumstances required relocating the institute to another school, his popularity continued to soar. After five years of phenomenal success in West Bengal, Dr. Hamza moved to another state for advanced studies before embarking on a professional journey in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Academic Triumphs and Global Reach
Amid his career progression, Dr. Hamza completed his PhD in English and rose to the esteemed position of University Professor. His teaching journey has spanned nations, empowering over 4,000 students from a rich tapestry of cultures across the UAE, Bahrain, China, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
His expertise covers diverse curricula including CBSE, ICSE, ISC, IGCSE, State Boards, IB, and numerous affiliated universities in India. Under his guidance, students have thrived academically, achieving excellence in both national and international examinations.
Peace Mission Evarsity – A Legacy of Learning
Fifteen years ago, Dr. Hamza founded ITES and later on it was renamed as Peace Mission Evarsity, a pioneering educational enterprise that now operates under his remote leadership. The institute has grown into a vast network of successful educational brands, serving students across India and in multiple countries.
His mission combines academic excellence with social upliftment, focusing on underprivileged, marginalized, and rural learners. Through sharing job-related opportunities, Dr. Hamza has helped thousands secure careers in diverse sectors both nationally and abroad.
